Olga Kern joins Renée Fleming for East Coast recital tour February 8 – 26

In between performances with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra next month, Olga Kern will join Renée Fleming for an East Coast recital tour. The award-winning pianist has previously performed with the star soprano in various settings, and is featured on the DVD Renée Fleming and Dmitri Hvorostovsky: A Musical Odyssey in St. Petersburg.

Olga and Renée are first heard together on February 8 at Boston’s Symphony Hall, followed by Virginia’s Harrison Opera House on February 17 in Norfolk. On February 20, they team up at the Paramount in Charlottesville, Virginia before heading to Washington, DC for an evening at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on February 23. Their final performance takes place on February 26 at the Ocean Reef Cultural Center in Key Largo, Florida.
