Olga Kern returns to South Africa for recital and concert in Cape Town

This month, Olga Kern returns to South Africa for a recital and concert in Cape Town. On November 15, Olga performs at Baxter Town Hall in a recital presented as part of the Kern Foundation “Aspiration” with the Cape Town Concert Series and includes works by Beethoven, Chopin, and Rachmaninoff.

The following week, Olga joins the Cape Town Orchestra in City Hall on November 20. The program juxtaposes Haydn’s Piano Concerto in D Major with Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in D-flat major. Owain Arwel Hughes conducts.
